Revitalizing Citizenship: A Call to Action for Young Minds
In our mission to foster holistic development, particularly among the youth, we are embarking on an endeavor to invigorate citizenship and democratic participation. This initiative beckons volunteers to join hands in shaping a brighter future for all.
Engagement Tasks:
Volunteers will embark on a multifaceted journey, delving into various aspects of community engagement and empowerment:
- Graphic Design Assistance: Crafting captivating promotional materials and e-book designs to amplify the voices of our partner organizations.
- Info-Europa Advocacy: Serving as ambassadors for the Info-Europa program, dedicated to equipping youth with vital information about European initiatives.
- ESC Volunteering Advocacy: Championing the European Solidarity Corps (ESC) volunteering program, empowering individuals to enact positive change.
- Workshop Support: Collaborating with workshop facilitators to facilitate enriching experiences for participants.
- Local Organization Collaboration: Building bridges with local organizations to foster a robust network of support and collaboration.
Provisions and Support:
Volunteers will be provided with essential support to facilitate their journey of service:
- Financial Assistance: Monthly stipends for sustenance and local transportation coverage for volunteering activities.
- Comprehensive Training: Comprehensive training sessions upon arrival and mid-term evaluations, supplemented by access to Online Linguistic Support (OLS) resources.
- Continuous Learning: Ongoing training in non-formal education methodologies to enhance volunteer capabilities throughout the project.
Ideal Participant Profile:
We seek individuals brimming with dynamism, initiative, and a thirst for knowledge, eager to sow seeds of positive change within their communities. Creativity is celebrated, and proficiency in Spanish is advantageous due to direct engagement with the public.
