فنى أول صيانة (ميكانيكا)
الدور:
مسئول عن صيانة و متابعة معدات خطوط الإنتاج والتأكد من حالتها الفنية الجيدة
متطلبات:
• خبرة لا تقل عن سنة في المجال
• مؤهل متوسط دبلوم صناعي تخصص ( صيانة ميكانيكية) أو أعلى
• القدرة على العمل داخل فريق
• مهارة تواصل
• قراءة اللغة الانجليزية
المسئوليات:
• متابعة الحالة الفنية لمعدات خطوط الإنتاج والالتزام بخطوات العمل الموحدة (SOP)
• إجراء أعمال الصيانة التصحيحية في حالة حدوث أي عطل ميكانيكي في خطوط الإنتاج
• القيام بأعمال الصيانة الوقائية لخطوط الإنتاج حسب جدول الصيانة طوال العام
• مراجعة ارصدة المخزن من قطع الغيار (الحد الأقصى والحد الأدنى وحد الطلب) وإبلاغ المدير المباشر في حالة عدم جودة قطع الغيار التي يتم استخدامها في اعمال الصيانة
• إتباع إجراءات السلامة والصحة المهنية وسلامة الغذاء داخل المصنع والإبلاغ في حالة وجود أي مخالفات
• القيام بأعمال تنظيم وترتيب ونظافة مكان العمل بشكل دوري
• البحث عن فرص التحسين والتطوير المختلفة وتقديم الأفكار إلى المدير المباشر
• العمل طبقا لنظام M&W و التأكيد على حساب أوقات الصيانة التصحيحية والوقائية بشكل دقيق وتسجيلها على نظام الSAP PM
المعايير:
• تقرير الوردية ( الأعطال – حالة تشغيل المعدات ) للرئيس المباشر
• نسبة إقفال أوامر الشغل الخاصة بالصيانات التصحيحية والوقائية
• تحقيق معدلات (استهلاك الكهرباء – المياه – الغاز الطبيعي) بالنسبة لكمية الإنتاج
• تحقيق الإنتاجية طبقا للخطة السنوية

Role:
Responsible for maintaining and following-up production line equipment and ensuring its good technical condition
requirements:
• At least one year of experience in the field
• An intermediate qualification, an industrial diploma, specializing in (mechanical maintenance) or higher
• Ability to work within a team
• Communication skill
• Read English
Responsibilities:
• Follow-up on the technical condition of production line equipment and adherence to standard work steps (SOP)
• Perform corrective maintenance work in the event of any mechanical failure in production lines
• Carry out preventive maintenance work for production lines according to the maintenance schedule throughout the year
• Reviewing the stock's balances of spare parts (the maximum, the minimum, and the order limit) and informing the direct manager in case of the lack of quality of the spare parts that are used in the maintenance work
• Follow safety and occupational health and food safety procedures inside the factory and report in case of any violations
• Do the work of organizing, arranging and cleaning the workplace on a regular basis
• Searching for various improvement and development opportunities and presenting ideas to the direct manager
• Work according to the M&W system and ensure that corrective and preventive maintenance times are accurately calculated and recorded on the SAP PM system
Standards:
• Shift report (malfunctions - equipment operation status) to the direct manager
• Percentage of closing work orders for corrective and preventive maintenance
• Achieving rates (consumption of electricity - water - natural gas) in relation to the quantity of production
• Achieving productivity according to the annual plan
