المسمى الوظيفي:
مهمة المدرب في تطوير الويب والجوال هي التدريب في مهنة المطورين ، لدعم المتعلمين في تحقيق مشاريعهم بشكل يومي. إنه ضامن حسن سير التدريب والتقدم التعليمي.
مهامها الرئيسية هي:
- المشاركة في توظيف المتعلمين.
- تسهيل دورات التدريب الجماعي.
- تقييم تقدم التعلم.
- التعرف على صعوبات التعلم الفردية ومعالجتها.
- الاتصال بالخبراء الفنيين والمشاركين الآخرين في التدريب ؛
- التقوية مع الشركة كجزء من برنامج دراسة العمل ؛
- دعم المتعلمين في جهودهم للحصول على اللقب المعني ؛
- تشجيع اجتماعات الطلاب مع مجتمع المطورين (اللقاءات ، والمشاركة في الأحداث المحلية ، وما إلى ذلك) ؛
- متابعة ودعم المتعلم في أنشطته اليومية: التعلم من خلال أنشطة التدريس ، وورش العمل ، والاجتماعات ، إلخ.
اختصاصاته:
- التمكن من مبادئ الإصدار في Git ؛
- المعرفة بأنظمة WINDOWS ، والشبكات الاجتماعية المهنية ، وSEO
- إتقان لغات الويب والجوال. (الواجهة الأمامية والنهاية الخلفية) ؛
- معرفة منهجيات رشيقة وتجربة المستخدم.
- التمكن من نمذجة قاعدة البيانات (طريقة Merise) ؛
- تصميم تطبيقات.
- مهارات كتابة ممتازة باللغتين الفرنسية والعربية (رسائل ، بريد إلكتروني ، ملاحظات داخلية ، إلخ) ؛
- إتقان حزمة Microsoft Office: Word و Excel و PowerPoint و Outlook
الملف الشخصي المطلوب:
- حاصل على دبلوم البكالوريا + 3 كحد أدنى في علوم الكمبيوتر (دبلوم يتيح الوصول إلى مقياس 10 على الأقل من الخدمة المدنية)
- تبرير خبرة مهنية تراكمية لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في تطوير الويب والجوال أو التدريب أو ما شابه ذلك ؛
- معرفة جيدة بلغات وأطر تطوير الواجهة الأمامية والخلفية ؛
- معرفة تقنيات وأساليب تصميم تطبيقات الويب والجوال.
- إتقان منهجية إدارة مشروع Agile IT ؛
- معرفة كيفية الاستعلام عن قواعد البيانات واستخدامها.
- إتقان تثبيت التطورات التي تم إجراؤها وتنفيذ الاختبارات المخططة على بيئة التكامل المستمر ؛
- أن يكون لديه معرفة بأتمتة الاختبارات والإبلاغ عن تقدم الاختبارات ؛
- مغربي الجنسية.
- أن يكون عمرك أقل من 45 سنة من تاريخ استلامه الخدمة.

Job title:

Facilitating group training sessions.
- Assessment of learning progress.

Required profile:
Have a minimum of 3+ baccalaureate diploma in Computer Science (Diploma giving access to at least 10 scale of civil service)
Justification of at least 3 years of cumulative professional experience in web and mobile development, training or similar;
Good knowledge of front-end and back-end development languages and frameworks;
Knowledge of techniques and methods for designing web and mobile applications.
Mastering the Agile IT project management methodology;
Knowing how to query and use databases.
- master the installation of the made developments and the implementation of the planned tests on the continuous integration environment;
To have knowledge of testing automation and reporting on the progress of exams;
Moroccan nationality.
